Full Refund Commitment

If you are not completely satisfied with our service for any reason, we pledge to offer a full 100% refund of the service fee.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • You can request a full refund if you are not satisfied with our service and if we have not completed your marriage registration process.
  • The refund request must be made within 2 days of service initiation or before the completion of the registration process, whichever comes first.

Process for Refund:

  1. To initiate a refund, contact us directly at support@registrifyme.com, expressing your concerns and reasons for dissatisfaction.
  2. Our customer support team will work with you to understand and address your concerns, attempting to resolve any issues.
  3. If a satisfactory resolution is not achievable, we will proceed with the refund process. We will review your case and confirm eligibility for the refund. Upon approval, we will process your refund, crediting the full-service fee back to your original method of payment.

Timing of Refund:

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the request. Once the refund is approved, please allow an additional 10-14 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exclusions:

Refund requests related to factors outside our control, such as delays or rejections by government authorities, will not be eligible for the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Services that have been fully completed and where the registration process has been successfully finalised are not eligible for a refund.

Amendments to the Policy:

RegistrifyMe by Adjuva Legal®️ reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time to reflect changes in our service operations or legal requirements. We will make every effort to communicate any changes to our policy promptly and clearly on our website.
